Resilience Security, LLC is a licensed private-security provider operating in the State of Georgia. Delivery of security services is governed by a separate written services agreement between Resilience Security and the client; these Terms govern this website and general engagement.

• You agree to use this site lawfully and not to disrupt, probe, or misuse it.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Submitting a request through this site does not create a contract or guarantee that services will be provided. All engagements are subject to a site assessment, availability, and a signed services agreement. Pricing in proposals is valid for the period stated in the proposal.

Security services are intended to deter, observe, report, and respond within the scope agreed in the services agreement. No security provider can guarantee the prevention of all loss, injury, or crime. Resilience Security does not act as, and is not a substitute for, law enforcement or emergency services. In an active emergency, always call 911 first.

• Provide accurate information about the property, risks, and post requirements.
• Maintain a safe working environment and any equipment or access the service requires.
• Communicate changes to scope, hours, or conditions in a timely manner.

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in the applicable services agreement or proposal. Late payments may be subject to service suspension and reasonable late fees as permitted by law. Refunds and cancellations are addressed in our Refund Policy.

The Resilience Security name, logo, site design, and content are the property of Resilience Security, LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resilience Security's liability arising out of the website or services is limited as set forth in the governing services agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resilience Security from claims arising out of your misuse of this website or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, GA.
